Evaluations & CME Credits

In order to document your attendance at the 22nd Annual Congress, you will need to complete the online evaluation forms. This will also provide the ACP with valuable feedback to be used in planning of the 2009 Annual Congress. Once you have completed the evaluations, you will be able to print off your Continuing Medical Education (CME) Certificate.

Accreditation Statement

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of the American College of Surgeons and the American College of Phlebology. The American College Surgeons is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The American College of Surgeons designates this educational activity for a maximum of 21.5* AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
