Ancillary Functions
ACP approval is required for all exhibitor ancillary functions. Requests for such activities must be submitted in writing to the ACP headquarters office prior to September 5, 2008. The request must specify date, time, location, type of function and anticipated attendance. Functions will not be permitted during the hours of operation for the Scientific Program or other ACP functions and must meet ACCME guidelines. The registration fee for holding an ancillary function is $15,000.
