Exhibitors are reminded of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) restrictions on the promotion of investigational and pre-approved drugs and devices. Exhibitors are also cautioned about FDA prohibition on promoting approved drugs for unapproved uses. Exhibitors are expected to abide by all applicable FDA regulations. NOTE: Selling non-FDA approved drugs and devices during ACP meetings is prohibited. Violators will be removed from the exhibit hall immediately and will be prohibited from exhibiting at any ACP meeting or event for a minimum of two years.
