Abstract and Faculty Presenters are required to complete important forms, submit syllabus handouts in advance of the meeting and upload presentations with A/V Staff at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled presentation time. This ensures that presentations are loaded onto master computers, which are placed in the appropriate room. This is highly efficient and eliminates downtime between presentations.

During the A/V Preview hours, and as soon as possible after your arrival to the Marco Island Marriott Resort and Spa, you will need to bring your PowerPoint Presentation to the A/V technician in the Sanibel Room. Your presentation may be stored on any of the following media: CD-ROM, ZIP disk, Compact Flash Card, Memory Stick (a.k.a. Thumb drive), Multi-media Card, SD Card, or laptop computer. It will be copied onto the master computer for your presentation. Files must be loaded at least 4 hours prior to presentation.
